Mixing in pieces that already have a story makes a home feel collected + timeless. Thrifting adds warmth, character and charm — and it is one of my very favorite ways to make a house feel like home.
Blue & white, brass, silver + baskets are the pieces I always keep an eye out for while antiquing or browsing thrift stores. They layer beautifully with what you already have and never really go out of style.
Next time you are out, look for something with a little patina + history. Those are the pieces that bring soul into a space.
