How orders ship, what to expect, and how returns work on one-of-a-kind vintage finds.
Most pieces at Dawn Moon Home are one-of-a-kind vintage finds, carefully chosen and just as carefully packed. Here’s everything you need to know before your order is on its way.
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is a weight-banded flat rate, calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order — no surprises, no inflated handling fees. At this time we are not able to offer international shipping or local pickup.
Orders typically leave within 3–5 business days. Because many of our pieces are antique, fragile, or simply irreplaceable, every order is wrapped and packed by hand to arrive safely. Thank you for your patience while we take the time to do it right.
Most items are vintage or antique, with a quantity of one. When a piece is gone, it’s gone — there’s no restocking it. Listed prices are firm, and we don’t accept offers or holds. If something speaks to you, it’s best not to wait.
We photograph and describe every piece honestly, noting age-appropriate wear and any notable flaws. Part of the charm of vintage is its lived-in character, and small imperfections are to be expected.
Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or color in your space, so please review photos and descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before you purchase — we’re always happy to help.
The one exception is damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a few days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We’ll review your claim promptly and work with you to make it right.
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to South Dakota, as required by law. Applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
